Getting there.

From Weslaco, Texas, proceed east on Expressway 83 and take Texas 1015 South. Proceed 7 miles to the Nuevo Progreso International Bridge. You can either park in one of the parking lots for $1.00 and walk across the toll bridge(25¢) or drive across ($1.75) and park in a street parking space or in a parking lot.
